“The Black Bank For Reparations (BBFR) representatives will go to the negotiating table with the leverage generated by:
1-Representing a critical mass of people codified as IC3 Black people and IC6 Mixed-Black people throughout the known world with a specific interest in claiming Reparations for African enslavement, Colonialism, and the Arabic slave trade.
2-Representing a critical mass of codified Black and Mixed-Black people throughout the known world with a specific interest in rewarding people who provide information and evidence that leads to successful Reparations claims for IC3 Black people and IC6 Mixed-Black people.
3-Representing a critical mass of codified Black and Mixed-Black people throughout the known world who have a fully functioning, Race and Ethnicity based, codified system of problem solving among all IC3 Black people and IC6 Mixed-Black people interested in Reparations claims for African enslavement, Colonialism, and the Arabic slave trade.
BLACK ASSYLUM
The Black Bank For Reparations (BBFR) will facilitate the coordination of IC3 Black people and IC6 Mixed-Black people that are asylum seekers. The Race and Ethnicity based, international codified system of problem solving for all IC3 Black people and IC6 Mixed-Black people will enable asylum seekers to be effectively placed anywhere throughout the Black Diaspora.”
